First weeks in Brno

So, after a 12 hour drive to Chicago, 8 hour flight to London, a race to our connection to Prague and a 3 hour drive - we made it safely to Brno, where babicka awaited us with a warm meal and even warmer welcome.... The kids did great, Welsley cried a bit but not too much for such a long trip and so many new things. We felt the Lord´s presence and the many prayers as we traveled...
John Mark and Danielle found new and old toys and Wesley met his Czech family for the first time. On the 31st he turned four months. He is such a quiet and nice baby. He wants to be a part of everything, loves it when Danielle or John Mark talk to him and play with him and enjoys our walks.
Wesley and I went to Prague together to take care of some paperwork (part of getting his Czech citizenship and ID).

We also made a few day trips to the beautiful countryside around Brno (Brno Dam, Marianske udoli, Bilovice, Tasov) and visited some friends (Oresin, Krizovice).

It was fun to see babi and dedi´s garden and pick their peas and strawberries. John Mark and Danielle enjoyed helping them water the garden.
